History
The Carlisle Small Animal Veterinary Clinic was established as a mixed animal practice in 1970. Dr. Curt Barnett purchased the practice in 1984 and built a new facility in Carlisle in 1995. Currently the Carlisle Small Animal Veterinary Clinic has 4 Doctors on staff - Dr. Curtis Barnett, Dr. Pamela Jennings, and Dr. Justin Eckenrode.
