Support Hours
You can Submit a Support Ticket or search the Knowledge base 24/7, any time of day or night, on the Helpdesk. However, please be advised that support hours are limited on the weekends. If you submit a ticket over the weekend, we will reply to you if it is an emergency, if not, you can expect to hear from us bright and early Monday morning during our regular hours of: 7am to 7pm Central time.
