Responsibilities and Duties
Include - but not limited to:
- General office tasks
- Answering phones
- Making appointments and collecting payments
- Intaking and Discharging surgery patients
- Making estimates
- Checking and replying to emails
- Communicating to clients about patients instructions from the doctor
- Making phone calls to clients for follow-ups and reminders
- Keeping reception and lobby clean and organized
Experience in the Animal Field is preferred, but not a must. Education beyond the high school level is encouraged, but not a requirement. We look forward to meeting you!
