Our 30 plus year AAHA Accredited, small animal practice in the desirable coastal community of Costa Mesa, CA is looking for a full time associate veterinarian to join our 8-doctor general practice that includes specialties in Theriogenology (DACT) and General Practice (DABVP: canine and feline).
Newport Harbor Animal Hospital is one of Orange County’s oldest with some of the most established and loyal clientele. We have been serving the community since 1947. Prospective team members must be able to blend the highest quality medical care while still striving to provide the absolute best client service. Future team members should be able to combine their surgical and medical expertise with a collegial attitude, excellent communication skills, dynamic personality, and desire to grow and push the practice forward.
Our hospital is associated with Western University of Health Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine. We are a teaching site for 3rd and 4th year veterinary students. Applicants should be excited to join a team that helps educate the next generation of veterinarians.
NHAH is a beautiful facility that is equipped with: computerized medical records, 2 surgical suites, 2 ultrasounds, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, surgical laser, therapeutic laser, flexible and ridged endoscope, diagnostic blood machine, patient monitoring equipment, and 24-hour hospital staff to monitor hospitalized patients along with boarding. Our support staff is the heart of our practice all of whom model our philosophy and culture of providing the best all-around experience for our patients and clients.
