Eastside Animal Medical Center has a fantastic opportunity to welcome a new DVM to our family!
This position would allow you to practice high-quality emergency and critical care medicine. Our well-equipped facility offers ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, EKG with ETCO2, and Doppler BP, and oscillometric BP monitoring with the option of in cage blue-tooth monitoring.
Our lab is equipped with the full Idexx diagnostic suite including: Chemistry, CBC, coagulation profiles, in-house T4, and bile acids, blood gasses, and urinalysis. Antivenin and plasma products are kept in stock.
We have a blood bank in the area for STAT delivery of additional blood products.
An experienced veterinarian is needed to join our 24/7 emergency and general practice facility. Emergency experience is desired, but not required.
An ideal candidate would demonstrate:
- Proficiency in handling both minor and complex emergency cases as well as being able to provide excellent ongoing medical care to hospitalized intensive care, medicine, and surgical cases.
- Excellent ability to work with a team, and must possess good team management skills.
- Surgical aptitude for routine surgical emergencies.
- Compassionate care to patients, clients, and co-workers.

Eastside Animal Medical Center is a 24-hour General Practice and Emergency Center located in Grayson, GA, approximately 10 miles outside of the Atlanta perimeter. Grayson is located in Gwinnett County, one of the fastest-growing counties in the country.
Its location puts you 4 hours from the beach, 2 hours from the mountains, close to the Classic City of Athens, and 1 hour from Lake Lanier. Atlanta is 45 minutes away, with numerous attractions and venues.
