We are looking for a cheerful, outgoing veterinary receptionist with at least two years of veterinary experience. You should be skilled in the use of veterinary programs, especially Cornerstone. You need to be able to answer basic questions about the care of their pets and know when to pass the client on to a technician or doctor for further information.
As the first smiling face that they see when walking in the door, you should be able to greet them by name and make small talk as they get checked in or checked out. You should have good phone skills as well as be able to multitask and keep things organized while documenting necessary information in the proper location. You should be able to help clients during emotional times such as the loss of their pet or financial stress.
Qualifications
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
