Veterinarian
Dr. Susan Jones grew up in South Dakota. Her grandfather, Howard Wood, was the Sioux Falls track and field coach who started the Dakota Relays. Dr. Jones graduated from Iowa State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1982 and opened Noah's Ark Animal Hospital in November 1988.
She has been active in the SDVMA, serving as president of the association in 2004. She sold the practice to Dr. Irons and now is working part-time at the practice doing surgery, dentistry, and acupuncture.
When not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Jones enjoys painting, knitting, weaving, the arts, and spending time at home with her dog Archie. We appreciate the years of experience and support Dr. Jones brings to the Noah's Ark family.
