Veterinarian and Owner
Why did you become a veterinarian?
“From when I was 10 years old, I wanted to take care of animals. The only other career I ever considered was a ‘charter boat captain.’ I guess it was more of a calling than a choice.”
What is your goal with every patient visit?
“My goal is to do everything I can to keep pets and their owners together as long as possible and to keep their tails wagging!”
Who makes up your family?
“I live with my wife, our golden retriever, Beamer, and our horse, Donut. We have two children and three grandchildren, two of which are local and one who lives in Montana. My second job is to spend as much time with my grandchildren and teaching them about being at home in the outdoors.”
Do you have a mantra or philosophy that you live by?
“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.”
