Veterinarian
Dr. Johnson is originally from NE Ohio (I think it's our year, Browns!) and graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. She then completed a small animal internship in Bowie, MD, followed by a neurology internship in Vancouver, BC, just in time to enjoy the winter Olympics in 2010.
Vancouver was so beautiful she decided to stay on another year and work in the emergency and critical care department. She moved back to Indiana to continue work in emergency for another two years. Following that, Dr. Johnson eventually transitioned to working days in general practice while still taking on some emergency work.
Since that time, she has gotten married to her husband Brian, become a mommy to her son Luke, and has acquired two dogs; a black lab mix named Artax and an Australian cattle dog named Calliope (the blue variety if you are curious). Off the clock, Dr. Johnson enjoys hiking with the family, running 5k’s, and spending time with friends.
