Veterinarian
Dr. Myles Rowley joined the Stuart Sound Animal Hospital team as an associate veterinarian in September of 2012. She was born and raised in Tallahassee, and headed to the University of Florida against her Seminole upbringing. She graduated with her undergraduate degree in 2008 and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2012. She met her husband while he played football for the Gators and they were married in 2011. They have since had 2 little girls, Walker (August 2015) and Marley (March 2017). In her free time, Dr. Rowley enjoys spending time with her daughters and her yellow Lab, Riley, running, paddle boarding, yoga, and of course, cheering on the Gators! Dr. Rowley’s veterinary interests include advanced dentistry, surgery, internal medicine, and preventative medicine. She also believes that alternative modalities such as Acupuncture, Herbs, and Laser therapy can compliment traditional Western medicine for a variety of diseases, which motivated her to receive her Certificate of Veterinary Acupuncture from the Chi Institute in 2014. One of Dr. Rowley’s favorite aspects of veterinary medicine is forming lasting relationships with her clients, and she looks forward to meeting you and your pets!
