Veterinarian and Owner
Dr. Mike Cromer joined our staff in 1990, and in January 2016, became the sole owner of Westwood. He grew up in Churchville, Virginia and graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. Dr. Cromer owns Shorthorn cattle, chickens, 3 barn cats, 'Chuck' (Miniature Dachshund) and 'George' (Terrier). His family includes wife - Susan, and 4 sons, Kyle, Craig, Brian, and Tom. His veterinary medicine special interests include soft tissue surgery, ambulatory large animal and bovine herd health.
