Veterinarian and Owner
Dr. Michelle Hays graduated from University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987 after completing her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Illinois. Dr. Hays spent the first 11 years of practice doing emergency medicine in California, Chicago, and North Carolina. Having moved to Charlotte in 1991, Dr. Hays has spent the last 21 years working in both private practice and a spay neuter clinic, and has performed over 50,000 spays and neuters since 2001. Dr. Hays has a daughter and a son in college. She also has an adorable cat named Ernie.
