Mia was born and raised in Kaneohe, Hawaii, and joined the Kaka’ako Pet Hospital family in April 2017. Growing up, she has always been surrounded by animals that included: fish, a chinchilla, a cat, and many dogs, so it wasn’t a surprise she chose a career field where she would be able to interact with them every day. What she enjoys the most about our furry (and not so furry) family members is their ability to love unconditionally. One of the things that make her happy is when an owner leaves with the knowledge that their pet is healthy and well taken care of, as well as creating a comfortable, stress free environment.
In her free time, Mia enjoys a good book, spending time with family and friends, and watching movies. One of her life’s goals is to travel to as many places across the world as possible. So far, she has been to the Big lsland, Kaua’i, California, and Nevada.
