Veterinarian
Dr. Katie Shaw is a 2014 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up on a small beef farm in central Ohio, and developed a love for animals early in life. After graduation, Dr. Katie worked in a large animal practice outside of Buffalo, New York, where she focused on dairy cattle, horses, and small ruminants.
She joined the Mountain View team in May of 2017. Her professional interests include herd health, bovine lameness, surgery, and preventative medicine for both large and small animal patients. When not at work, Dr. Katie enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her Jack Russell Terrier, Norman.
