Veterinarian
Dr. Kathryn Psutka is an associate veterinarian at Irondequoit Animal Hospital. Raised in London, Ontario, Canada, she attended the University of Guelph and majored in biological science before receiving her doctorate of veterinary medicine from St. George’s University in 2012.
Dr. Psutka completed a clinical year at the University of Minnesota and a small animal rotating internship at the University of Illinois. Before joining Irondequoit Animal Hospital, she worked as an associate veterinarian at the North Texas Emergency Pet Clinic in Carrollton, Texas and Animal Critical Care and Emergency Services in Lakewood, Colo.
Dr. Psutka’s professional interests include surgery and ophthalmology. She shares her home with two cats, Sheldon and Penny. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, music, theatre and SCUBA.
