Veterinarian
Dr. de Anda was born and raised in Southern California. She grew up in Orange County and moved to the San Fernando Valley during her high school career. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at UC Davis in 2013. After graduating from undergrad, she began veterinary school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona where she received her DVM. She graduated as a member of the Phi Zeta Honor Society and a gold level certification from the National Veterinary Business Management Association.
Favorite Part of my Job
Her professional interests include internal medicine, exotic animal medicine, emergency medicine, soft tissue surgery, dermatology, and radiology.
Why I chose this profession
During her time at Western, she gained experience with a variety of animals including wild life, small mammals, birds, and reptiles.
Personal Hobbies & Interests
In her down time, she enjoys spending time with all her pets, reading, baking, and exploring the beautiful geography California has to offer with her sisters. She is also currently trying to polish her photography skills. ?
