Veterinarian and Owner
Dr Jere Butcher graduated from The University of Kentucky with a degree in Animal Sciences in 1981, and Auburn University with a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1984. He practiced in Kentucky for 3 years, then moved to Zanesville, Oh for 7 years before purchasing The Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic in 1994. It has been a perfect fit as Dr Butcher likes small town life plus his wife JoAnn is from Coshocton County. Dr Butcher says "I have the perfect job, as I can fulfill my dream of helping people and their pets. Plus I get to take my dogs to work with me every day!"
