Medical Director
Hailing originally from Illinois, Dr. Jennifer Griffin earned her Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management from Michigan State University and then earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in Veterinary Medicine from University of Illinois. Dr. Griffin then continued on at the University of Illinois to earn her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Griffin began her career as a veterinarian at various animal hospitals in Illinois and Louisiana, even opening her own hospital in 2010 in Louisiana in 2010. When life brought her back to Illinois, she joined a local animal hospital as its Medical Director, overseeing five veterinarians, before she came to GoodVets in 2020. Dr. Griffin is the Medical Director for our GoodVets Streeterville location and has specialties in ultrasonography, laser therapy, dermatology, police dog medicine, emergency care and surgery.
