Practice Manager
Jennifer grew up in Germantown, Maryland and always loved animals. She started working in the veterinary field in 2004 and knew she found a job that she could do for the rest of her life. Jenn graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an A.A.S in Veterinary Technology then sat for and passed the VTNE to become a Registered Veterinary Technician in the state of Maryland. She loves having the ability to work hands on with patients and their families while still managing the daily operations of the hospital. Jennifer worked at MBVC previously as a veterinary technician and left for a short time to gain experience in an emergency hospital setting. She came back to the MBVC family in February of 2011 to become the Practice Manager. She currently lives in Darnestown with her husband, Brendan, their son Cooper and brand new daughter Charlotte. If you see her out and about come say hi!! They share their home with two dogs who you may see from time to time at the hospital: Hope, a Bichon Frise and Oscar, an American Staffordshire Terrier. When shes not at the hospital, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and dabbling in photography.
Jennifer is a member of the State of Maryland Veterinary Technician Committee, an active member of AAHA (The American Animal Hospital Association), VHMA (Veterinary Hospital Managers Association), MDVTA (Maryland Veterinary Technician Association) and NAVTA (National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America)
