Veterinarian
Dr. Madeline Lowery received her Bachelors of Science degree from Clayton College and State University in Morrow, GA after attending two years at Young Harris College in North Ga where she received her Associates of Science degree. She obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in May 2008 from Iowa State University. Her special interests include cardiology, internal medicine, dermatology and neurology. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and Georgia Veterinary Medical Association.
She is a native of Lawrenceville, Ga and attended veterinary school in Iowa after her husband was transferred there with his job. Dr. Lowery lives in Dawsonville with her husband James and their 3 children, Ethan (4 yr), Carter (2 yr), and their new baby daughter Madeline "Elizabeth" (3 months). They also have a 5 year old Great Dane named Lilly. In addition to veterinary medicine she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her children, family, and friends. She loves to spend time outside playing sports, swimming, and relaxing in nature.
