Dr. Kristen Lawson, DVM, DACVECC

Veterinarian

Dr. Kirsten Lawson’s diverse interests within the field of Emergency and Critical Care include endocrine disorders, respiratory diseases, and surgery. Dr. Lawson is intellectually engaged by challenging cases, while remaining very aware of the stress that an emergency situation with your pet creates. She values the opportunity to provide support for her patients’ families while expertly treating your cherished family member.

Dr. Lawson is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care. She completed her residency at Advanced Critical Care and Internal Medicine in Tustin, California following an internship at the Animal Emergency Center in Glendale, Wisconsin. Her DVM degree is from Washington State University and she holds a BS in Biology from the University of Washington.


When not at work, Dr. Lawson enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, several cats and her dog.  She is actively engaged in volunteering in the community, especially through her work with 4-H.  When she has time she enjoys reading, sewing and trying to keep the dog (and herself) in shape.
