Veterinarian
Dr. Jane Kelly grew up in northern New Jersey and received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Rutgers University. During her undergraduate years she was interested in wildlife and active in volunteering with a local rehabilitation center and the New York Aquarium. Dr. Kelly then moved to southern California to attend veterinary school.
A graduate of Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013, Dr. Kelly pursued a small animal rotating internship at Animal Emergency Medical Center in Torrance, CA. Upon completing her internship, she continued to practice as a small animal general practitioner in the Santa Clarita Valley for a few years. Dr. Kelly was happy to relocate closer to the area and find a home with The Village Vet.
Dr. Kelly shares her home with her partner Abhi, their three cats and a snake. Outside of working, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and sketching.
