Veterinarian
Dr. Distajo joined the staff at Orchard Road Animal Hospital in June of 2002. She was born and raised in Mishawaka, Indiana, and graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. She attended the University of Illinois - College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with honors.
Favorite Part of my Job
While in school, Dr. Distajo developed a special interest in internal medicine. She strongly believes in the importance of client education and preventative medicine.
Personal Hobbies & Interests
Dr. Distajo and her husband, Butch, reside in Montgomery with their dogs Poppy and Sohpie, and their cat Kiwi. They also welcomed their son, Aaron, into the family in July 2006. He is a blessing and now most of their free time is spent at home with the family. On June 11, 2010, they welcomed their daughter, Jocelyn, to the family.
