Veterinarian
Dr. Ashley Ellwood graduated from veterinary school at the University of Florida in May 2017. After graduating vet school, she began her career in Clearwater, FL and practiced there for 2 years. After living most of her life in Florida, Dr. Ellwood and her husband decided it was time for a change. In 2019, they moved to Charlotte to be closer to the mountains and explore their passion for the outdoors. Dr. Ellwood has a special interest in internal medicine and preventative care.
In her free time, Dr. Ellwood enjoys doing anything active and outdoors. Her favorite activities are rock climbing, Crossfit, and hiking. She has three fur-babies at home who love to cuddle; Sadie, a lab mix whom she rescued when she was in vet school, and two cats, Lucy and Noel.
