VVH has grown as a practice from a startup staff of 8 to a staff of 20 and nearly 5,000 active patient households. Our practice is continuing to grow and we strive daily to provide our clients and patients with exceptional veterinary care.

Mission
We were proud to be voted Best New Business by the Bellingham Business Journal in 1999. Over the years, VVH has been involved in all kinds of community fundraisers including the successful Bellingham Police Department fundraiser for protective vests for our K-9 protectors, various Humane Society activities, support of the local Bellingham Business Conferences, Hurricane Katrina animal victims fundraiser (in coordination with other Bellingham veterinary practices), as well as continued support of the Whatcom Humane Society and the Alternative Humane Society.
