History
Dr. Moenter is one of the founding members of Bristol Animal Hospital. Julie graduated from the Ohio State University in 1979 and opened Bristol Animal Hospital in 1987. Julie is not only one of our practice leaders, but she has also been a leader in organized veterinary medicine in our state. She is past president of the Vermont Veterinary Medical Association. Julie was also a delegate from Vermont to the American Veterinary Medical Association. Julie's forte in practice is surgery. Julie lives in Monkton with assorted cats and dogs.
