History
The practice was founded in 1985 by Dr. Thomas Mowery. In the beginning, Dr. Mowery provided care to all types of animals including large animals such as horses and cattle. Several years ago we began to do small animals exclusively. Our clinic now provides quality care and compassion to many canine and feline breeds as well as the "little guys" such as ferrets and rabbits. Today, High Point Animal Hospital offers medical care from six doctors and a large staff of veterinary technicians, assistants and receptionists to help you with all of your pets' needs.
At High Point Animal Hospital we try to provide the best care available to our patients in an organized and efficient manner. Delivering state of the art care with the compassion and willingness to go above and beyond the ordinary animal hospital, are what have made this hospital prosper. As we continue to grow, retaining these qualities is our promise to you and your pets.
