Welcome to MedVet Cincinnati. Our hospital is the most comprehensive, state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital for pets in the greater Cincinnati area. We partner with your family veterinarian and serve as an extension of their practice should your pet need after hours, emergency, or specialized care.
If your pet is facing an emergency situation, you may come directly to our hospital no referral is needed. Our emergency team consists of critical care specialists, experienced emergency doctors, and the largest number of certified critical care technicians in any Ohio veterinary hospital. We are available for emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In addition to emergency services, our hospital offers specialty services by referral in fourteen different specialties including the area's only board-certified anesthesiologists, radiation oncologist, and radiologists.
MedVet's Cincinnati's Cancer Center is home to an entirely integrated team of oncology experts providing surgical, medical, and radiation treatment options. This team is equipped with the most advanced diagnostic and treatment technologies available to dogs and cats including CT scanner, linear accelerator, and the only animal dedicated MRI in the region.
The MedVet Cincinnati team is committed to meeting all standards of excellence in caring for your pet. We have achieved accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) and, in 2016, our hospital was honored with the highly competitive AAHA Accredited Referral Practice of the Year award.
