On September 2008 our hospital was evaluated and passed the Accreditation process. Less than 17 percent of the animal hospitals in the United States are accredited by this organization. AAHA is well known among veterinarians and pet owners for its rigorous requirements for standards of care. They cover the hospital equipment, maintenance, patient care, staff safety, training, continuing education, medical record keeping, entailing over 900 protocol standards in all. Compliance is voluntary, and trained consultants regularly visit the hospital to ensure compliance with AAHA's high standards of care for services and facility maintenance, which assures you that the practice you have chosen has the facilities, equipment, staff, and medical protocols to deliver high quality of care that AAHA and Baldwin Place Animal Hospital believe are important.
