History
Established in 1973 as Mistretta Veterinary Clinic, our clinic has been providing quality care to Baton Rouge pets for over forty years. In June 2010, Dr. Emily Taylor purchased the practice and renamed it Capital Heights Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Bernard Mistretta is now retired and his practice philosophy remains the cornerstone of the clinic. We moved from our old location on Jefferson Highway to a newer and larger building at 7662 Goodwood Boulevard in August 2015.
