History
"Doc Rick" was born and raised in central Indiana. He attended Purdue University, graduating from the School of Agriculture in 1985, and DVM School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. Since then, he has spent over 30 years in the veterinary field! His special interests include nutrition and population medicine. Doc Rick's favorite part of his career is helping clients, both two and four-legged, live long and healthy lives together. He is married to wife, Jennie. Together, they have a daughter, two sons, and a boxer mix named Chopper. For fun, he enjoys fishing, spending time with his Foundation Quarter Horses, and building heirloom furniture. Something you may not know, is that all of the furniture found in the clinics are hand-built by Doc Rick himself!
