We bought Vernon Hills Animal Hospital in 1985. We both shared the same vision for our veterinary practice, and a main component of this was having the freedom to spend enough time in the exam room to be thorough.
No, we don't need one hour appointments for our patients, but we make sure we take whatever time we need to get the job done. And since we're privately owned and not owned by a corporation, we don't have quotas to fill, and we don't pressure our clients to sign up for yearly plans or vaccinations and procedures their pets don't nee
