History
Kona Veterinary Service has been serving the local community since 1995. Originally a mixed animal practice it has evolved to a small animal exclusive hospital. Geographically, we may be in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, but that doesn't mean the latest technology and specialists are out of reach! We are proud to provide our patients with the latest diagnostics and treatments available. Our in house laboratory, digital radiology, ultrasound, dentistry, orthopedic equipment, and state of the art monitoring equipment as well as an extensive network of specialists available for visiting consultations, procedures, and via telemedicine enable us to provide outstanding veterinary care right here in our own Kona office. We are a small hospital with a staff that takes the time to know the patient and the owner. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes to allow ample time to discuss your pets' health and needs.
