Established as Atlanta Animal Allergy and Dermatology in 1988, Atlanta Veterinary Specialists has continued to grow. AVS now offers advanced specialty care from its hospitals in Roswell and Johns Creek, and offers emergency care from its state-of-the-art hospital in Johns Creek.

As one of the largest veterinary referral centers in the state, Atlanta Veterinary Specialists redefines the delivery of veterinary specialty and emergency medicine to benefit pets, owners, and the profession. We provide exceptional medical care by integrating the latest medical and scientific advances with personalized, collaborative and efficient service for pet owners. We are purely a referral and emergency center and will not offer general practice. We are here to assist our referring veterinarians, to serve as an extension of their practices, and to offer continuing education for the community.
