Leaving the doctor-centered practice and move towards the client-centered practice, where everyone must be patient advocates. This requires a "healthcare delivery team", where staff knows their job expectations, have protocols to follow and have support from team members. Recommend what is in the best interest of the patient- Encouraging responsible pet ownership and promoting preventative healthcare. Animal Medical Center of Lehigh Acres was founded in 1986 and has been an accredited American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) member since 2004. Our patients are primarily cats and dogs. We emphasize preventative health care, which includes comprehensive examinations, vaccinations, dental hygiene, and other health safeguards, to ensure that your dog or cat does not suffer unnecessarily due to preventable and/or undetected illness. Prevention costs less than treatment. Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
