Brown Veterinary Hospital started out as a small practice only functioning on a Veterinarian's front porch and has grown into a flourishing business! You will find that our dedication to your pet is the backbone of our practice. We offer many services including Vaccinations, Diagnostics, Laser Therapy, Orthopedic Surgery, Growth Removals, Dental Cleanings, Digital Xrays and much, much more!

We are open Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:00am to 5:30pm, with a break for lunch daily from 12:30pm to 1:30pm. We are closed Sundays and most major holidays so that our staff may be with their families.

When you walk in to Brown Veterinary Hospital, the first people you will see are our Reception Staff, they will be happy to pull your chart, check you in, and get you to the correct exam room for your appointment. Then a Technician will come in and ask you several questions about your pet's health recently to get a good background on the illness or give the doctor an idea if there are any concerns prior to administering medications. Then the technician will take your pet back to the treatment area to get a weight, temperature, and some other vitals. Now it's time to see the doctor!

Appointments are necessary for most treatments, but suture removals, nail trims, anal glands or Bordetella and Influenza vaccinations can be done from 10:00am to 12:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday through Saturday, without an appointment. Appointments are generally available Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 11:30am and 2:00pm to 4:30pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00am to 11:30 am and 2:00pm to 4:30pm.
