History
Arapahoe Animal Hospital for small animals, birds, and exotics was founded in 1954 and originally located a few blocks west of our present Main Hospital location. In 1969, our hospital moved to its current Main Hospital address at 5585 Arapahoe Ave. in Boulder and our innovatively-designed building was then surrounded by green open fields! Our Main Hospital (and surrounding neighborhood) grew steadily over the years. In 2007, we opened our second hospital location, Arapahoe Animal Hospital Downtown, at 1730 15th Street in Downtown Boulder. Our two hospital locations share the same patient medical info data base and our same great staff!
