San Tan Animal Hospital was founded by Dr. Scott Darger, who received his bachelor's degree from ASU in Zoology and his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1995. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Darger opened his first animal hospital in Mesa, Arizona, where he practiced as the medical director for 18 years. His passion for compassion for animals and commitment to the growing community in Queen Creek, Arizona, led Dr. Darger to the decision to open San Tan Animal Hospital in November of 2015. The talented and attentive animal health care team of San Tan Animal Hospital has been providing excellent veterinary care in the east valley for a combined total of 60 years.
