History
Dr. Ross Babcock is a 1967 graduate of Colorado State University and established Palo Verde Animal Hospital in 1971. Dr. Babcock has a special interest in avian and primate (birds and monkeys) medicine.
Dr. Krumins comes to the practice via Indiana and Virginia. She is a graduate from the University of Notre Dame (B.A.) and Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine (DVM '14) after which she practiced at a reproductively focused clinic in northern Virginia. Dr. Krumins's areas of interest are soft tissue surgery, pediatrics, and dentistry. In her free time she enjoys exploring Arizona, hiking, skiing, and traveling. She has owned a parakeet, ferret, hamster, newts, and dogs.
AAHA Accredited
Palo Verde Animal Hospital is an American Animal Hospital Association approved hospital. This membership is only given to those hospitals that meet and exceed AAHA's standards for facilities, equipment and procedures. We are visited regularly by AAHA consultants who help us monitor our compliance to these standards. We are a full service hospital with a team of doctors and staff that have provided the best care for pets all over the valley for over 40 years.
