Opportunity at The Family Pet Hospital for a Client Liaison

Position Overview

Qualifications: 

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one-year experience working in a Veterinary Hospital preferred but
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week including Saturdays
  • Intermediate computer & software skills using Microsoft Suite or similar programs
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and continuous learning
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Skills Required: 

  • Greet clients, answer phone calls, and respond to email inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and set up new clients and patients; monitor daily schedule and flow
  • Responsible for payment processing and ensuring accurate client electronic records
  • Exhibit attentiveness, patience, and compassion while working with clients and patients in various emotional states
  • Assist in cleaning the hospital, which includes ensuring the reception area and lobby are stocked, clean and welcoming

We have a state of the art facility equipped with an IM3 Dental Unit, Digital Dental Radiography, CO2 Laser, Erchonia Low-Level Laser Base Station, and an in-house lab! Our team has served our community for over 20 years. When we are not hard at work, we recharge with our friends and family, and you’ll often find us hanging out after work or taking employee appreciation weekend trips in beautiful New England.
